Good Afternoon Thank you for the rating. First things first this order was delivered to your place of business on a next working day which was received by yourselves on 29.10.19 @12.39, as you say in your statement this was needed urgently, we are today on the 31.10.19 some 48 hours later and we receive a RMA request from yourselves saying a Molex connector is missing from inside the product time received 11.54 am this morning. We have then contacted via telephone and informed yourself that the Molex cable will be sent in afternoon post (which has just left ) a replacement Molex cable via Royal mail First Class Recorded delivery of which you have became a little irate that this was not acceptable. So then you became increasingly irate and informed myself that company like us should check every item we send out, even if retail sealed which i find to be highly irregular for any company to check every item before despatch. Then you stipulated i send out a new case on a next working day and pay all costs as you needed to build this PC and ship to your customer..... Next working day is from 7am to 9 pm so i do not understand how this would of been helpful. We then sent you another email to ask if you still wanted us to send a Molex cable of which you refused. So you received three cases off ourselves two were fine and one was missing this connector.... as a computer shop/Retailer like ourselves we carry lots of replacement parts in case this happens a Molex connector is a common item. I found your telephone manner to be offensive and we offered to remedy the shortage of which you refused. The shortage has occurred from the manufacture and not ourselves and we have tried to resolve this and were meet by aggression. We are very sorry you feel aggrieved that you had to write a ONE star review for something we offered to remedy and could of been avoided if this item had been checked on delivery some TWO days ago. We are happy to hear that the two other items are FINE. After 20 years of being in business you do get customers you can not HELP and no matter what you will be in the wrong. So you buy a product that you pay next day delivery for because you needed it urgently and it has a part missing. Quite a significant part too! You then request an exchange with next day delivery and the supplier says no they can't do that. After an argument they say they can only offer royal mail delivery which would mean 2-3 days delivery even though you have told them it is urgent and having already paid through the nose for the original delivery, but they do not care. Typical of some companies who just refuse to take responsibility for the products they sell. No more business from me which could have be significant. ** IN REPLY** Lets get the facts straight shall we. Firstly, yes the case was delivered next day as that is what I paid for. Do you expect brownie points? Secondly you did not offer to post First class recorded. You clearly stated that it would take some time to get a replacement., FACT. Thirdly, you only agreed to do this after I had said that it was urgent and either required a replacement case or the molex connector on a next day basis which you said I would have to pay for. I said no and you said that was all you could offer. Fourthly, what I said was you should support the product you sell. If there is an item missing you, the seller should put it right. Not next week or in a few days, but next day. Fifthly, yes I refused the molex cable as it is NOT a molex cable that I required but a male to female adapter. We managed to make one ourselves to save any more wasted time. Finally, if my telephone manner was offensive, lets talk about yours shall we. Obnoxious, demeaning and blatantly rude when pointing out that you were incapable of dealing with a request on a professional level. That is when my telephone manner changed as I will always fight fire with fire.

I echo the views of others, all nice when selling to you, but try taking something back if faulty etc and its a very different story.

Known rhona and Brian for years , even after falling out of touch with them for a long time through house move I've only gotta phone up and say hi babe its jay , and rhona knows straight away , they are the most professional, helpful , courteous people I know , if ive ever had any issue , sorted instantly , and some of the bad reviews I have read on here must be left by a troll or alien , high class company , top customer service , quality parts and prices , and always a smile what more can u ask for , thx guys and thanks for the recent help x

Do not deal with these (My wifes Angela Amazon purchase) I returned an epsom printer, as it would not connect to wi fi , it would not print a test page, The indicator lights were faulty, I had an engineer check to confirm it was, They said as I had used the ink it would have to be discounted to re sell, Hence only a partial refund, so please tell me how to test a printer without ink,so now someone else is going to have the same problem ,what a Bloody con they will presumably keep on doing this, Ps you can only post a review if you give them a star I certainly do not
